My personal experience with Advocare
I was an Advocare rep for 1 year because I got suckered into it by my in-laws. Before that I was an ACN rep of which they criticized extremely, then they went and told me that Advocare was all the rage because it was represented by a Christian leader. I’m a Christian myself but I’m a little fed up with people buying a product because of someone they know represents it.
Advocare was founded by Charles Ragus in 1993 as an MLM company that distributes health and nutrition products. AdvoCare offers more than 90 general nutrition, weight loss, energy and sports performance products including Trim, Active, Well, Performance Elite, and the 24 Day Challenge. AdvoCare is a multi-level marketing company ( Check out my opinion on MLMs). In addition to revenue from product sales, AdvoCare distributors can potentially earn additional commissions from sales by their ‘downline’ distributors. – Wikipedia reference.
For the first level distributor, everything is expensive and can be found through a simple google search for a better price. The one product that they boast about is Spark of which I tried and then after while just went back to plain coffee which is so much cheaper. The stuff contains sucralose and artificial sugars, nothing really to boast about except its fancy name.
My wife went through the 24-day challenge and after 24 days I asked her when she was going to start. She told me she already finish it and I’m like oh, ok. People, if you want to look better, learn how to eat healthily, don’t depend on other companies to sell you quick diets and supplements. That being said, this company does sell the quality product, but it’s only affordable when you go up the ladder of in the multi-level part.

WHO IT IS FOR
For those looking to eat healthily and gain a little profit from it, don’t expect a very big profit from it though and by no means think about quitting your day job anytime soon. That being said, I personally still enjoy some of their products, but not all. A healthy lifestyle is something you need to learn yourself and should not depend on any company to do it for you.
One of the pros that I mentioned is that their downline commission is very simple and straight forward. You can become a rep in a matter of minutes and start selling it.
The support you get is from your upline, I personally didn’t get much support from them besides product information which is plainly on their website.
The price to become a distributor is $79 plus a fee of $50 to keep being a distributor.
This product is not for me and in fact, I actually got in trouble from my upline distributor for trying to sell them on eBay. In my personal opinion, it is not a business when you can’t decide what and where you can sell.
